The International OCD Foundation has a search feature that will help you locate a therapists or treatment program.

Consider the online platform NOCD which has a lot of educational information and will help you find an online therapist. 
 
The U-M Anxiety Disorder Clinic provides comprehensive treatment for both adults and children and often has research studies which provide free treatment.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation can be useful in treatment resistant cases of OCD. There are just a few local centers that provide this service.

If you search a website such as Psychology Today, look for a therapist that does Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP). This is the penultimate evidenced based treatment for OCD.
