Consider the online platform NOCD which has a lot of educational information and will help you find an online therapist.
The U-M Anxiety Disorder Clinic provides comprehensive treatment for both adults and children and often has research studies which provide free treatment.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation can be useful in treatment resistant cases of OCD. There are just a few local centers that provide this service.
